FTD will always seek to provide/source good quality products for its customers, ensuring all products are appropriate, fit for purpose, and accurately described.

FTD promises that the FTD website will be the cheapest place on the web under FTD control to purchase FTD branded products (excluding occasional promotions). 

FTD promises to deal with all its customers, suppliers and staff in a professional and reasonable manner.

FTD promises to photograph products accurately and give customers adequate visual information to make an informed buying decision.

Quality Cont.

FTD implements stringent quality control processes to ensure that our customers consistently receive top quality products. If it is not good enough we will not sell it.

FTD will pursue ways to minimise the impact of its business activities on the environment (e.g. recycling packing materials) and promote the positive aspects of fishing and the environment. 

Despatch          

FTD promises to dispatch items within 2 working days, or earlier, of receipt of the order confirmation.

FTD promises to pack all items in an appropriate manner, providing adequate protection for products during the dispatch process.

FTD promises to replace faulty, damaged products without undue delay or process. FTD will manage its stock levels with this promise in mind. Please follow the link (Returns Policy) at the bottom of the page for further details.

FTD promises to act in an ethical manner in all its business activities. Our manufacturing partner in China shares our commitment to fair trade and good working conditions, as verified by our factory visit.

Please will you let us know if something goes wrong - so we can fix it.
